The introduction of the new website, from the webshop built directly on the predecessor, in order to prevent and stabilize the weakening sales in the maturity stage of this project.
In addition to the online shop, this relaunch not only included the introduction of new, innovative products or the substitution of existing products in response to changing customer tastes, such as: B. design, layout, legal requirements, nationally specific features, etc. should meet.
This redesign also included a fundamental overhaul of the web content. Relaunches do not always lead to the desired success. In many cases, the customers gained or regained are matched by a certain number of customers who may be annoyed by the innovations. In order to avert demands for returns or, in the worst case, to counteract rejection of the respective product, the innovation of progress - e.g. parallel expansion of the service - should clearly be integrated into the company philosophy.
The focus of this web relaunch was the revision and redesign of the content of the website, the orientation towards new technological and organizational aspects as well as the fundamental revision and expansion of the textual and visual presentation.
